No Hardship License in Alabama
Alabama Law has no provision for a “hardship license” or a license to drive back and forth to work, school or Church. If you have an Alabama Drivers License and it is suspended or revoked for a DUI, traffic violations, drug conviction, or points, it is just that—suspended or revoked and nothing in-between.
However, Alabama does have provisions to challenge an Administrative suspension related to a driving under the influence (DUI) charge or a suspension/revocation for points or otherwise.
If you have been notified by a police officer, Judge or the Alabama Department of Public Safety that your license has been or will be suspended, you must act fast to take the necessary steps to protect your privilege to drive. CALL US NOW at (866) 348-2889 to discuss your case and your options for saving your license.
